Three days.
First day — to the meadow.
The first day is devoted to familiarization with the transcarpathian traditions of animal husbandry. You’ll climb the beautiful pass on one of Svalyava valleys, where you’ll try yourself at real shepherd. You will be taught to milk sheeps and make sheep cheese and cook Carpathian ancient shepherd dish — baked lamb.

Ancient shepherd breakfast.
Banosh — ancient shepherd traditional dish cooked from cornmeal, domestic sheep cheese and cream.
Climb on the mountain on Rozhok on hutsulyk (Carpathian breed of horses).
Hutsulyk will be your faithful friend and companion in the journey up the mountain. In this breed, according to experts, flows the blood of wild tarpan from which remained dark stripe on the horse back, Przewalski horses, Mongolian horses, and even Arab. Hutsulyky — ukrainian ancient breed, native Carpathians. Today, it is impossible to imagine Gutsuliya without this horses like without trembita or kolomyikas. In the meadow you’ll meet Carpathian breed of sheep, cooking of the cheese, shepherd life. At the end you will have a master class in cooking of baked pylon on a skewer and you’ll taste the mountain infusions.

Second day — Learning to crafts.
The second day is dedicated to traditional crafts transcarpathian crafts — wicker weaving and pottery. Folk artists will teach you to weave wicker products and make pots of clay. In Hustschyna is Ukraine's biggest wicker weaving center — village Iza. Irshavian pots were famous throughout the Austro-Hungarian empire.

Transcarpathian roast — Transcarpathian dish prepared with potatoes, mushrooms, vegetables and meat.
Masterclass on willow wattling.
Master of the village conducts training in weaving baskets and other products from twig. It must be boiled to make branches more resilient and flexible. Then paint a vine to be stable and have a good look. Willow wattle is one of the oldest human crafts even older than pottery. Our hairy ancestors who lived in caves and wore skins, wove as well as current residents of the village of Iza. Residents of the village know about it and very proud of their uniqueness. Now you will have the opportunity to become part of this ancient craft.
Boyko lunch.
For lunch you’ll taste traditional dish — mushroom soup. It is prepared with mushrooms, vegetables and mountain herbs. In addition, warm the soul and the body with mulled wine and homemaid Hust wine.
Masterclass on pottery.
Poters from Vilhivka, Irshava district, worked in the first half of the twentieth century and in 50-70s have certain patterns. Past mastrers Michail Galas, Vasil Hazdyk, Ivan Rebryk, Ivan Galas and others keep the classic folk forms, painted ware with characteristic patterns using region-specific technology «edge». Third day — Fishing.
The third day is devoted to fishing brook trout and a master class in cooking trout in Verkhovynska.

Vovche — fishing in trout farm.
Here you can enjoy excellent fishing and nature Carpathian royal fish — brook trout. Cought fish will bake in the fire in Verkhovynska. Finally you’ll have kapurkova – tasting of hungarian fruit infusions
Fourth day – Smith day.
The fourth day is dedicated to another ancient craft — blacksmithing. In Transcarpathia remained the only functioning water forge in Europe — Hamora. You see this unique structure and pass the master class on blacksmithing.

Riplyani bylby with meat sauce is transcarpathian nutritious dish with potatoes and meat, which is prepared by adding homemade cream and gives energy to charge heavy physical labor.
Lysychovo — forge Hamora.
The name «Hamora» comes from the word «Hamor» — «Hammer» (German «hammer»). There is another version of the origin of the name — name of owner, the Austrian businessman Hamor. Water comes from high bypass of the dam on the river Lysychanka falls to the wheel, rotating it with the shaft, from which movement is transmitted to the hammer. The exact date of establishment of forges in Lysychev is unknown. In 1760's at this place functioned powerful paper factory (the paper is) Count Teleki. Here was the first use of the power of the water, which resulted in movement eight shafts. And with the 1850s launched the water Forge — survived that time data on manufacturing agricultural implements in it. Masters worked there were Slovaks, who had their village in Lysychev. Therefore, it is clear that the design of «noise» is analogous to such «Hamor» in Germany and Slovakia, which, apparently, were typical of the territory of Austria-Hungary. You will try yourself at smiths who produce agricultural implements on an old smithy.
In the evening you will have a master class in cooking of the traditional national Hungarian dish Bohrach-huyash. It is prepared from three kinds of meat, vegetables, large quantities of spices — whole 26 ingredients and always in a cauldron on the fire. In Hungarian tradition you should drink 25h of Palenka after each ingredient for the success of dishes …

Fifth day – gathering day.
The fifth day is dedicated to the oldest man’s engage — gathering. Transcarpathia is a region of various mushrooms and herbs. Our guide will show where, what and how to collect, and how better to use.

Bulba with fried mushrooms — transcarpathian dish with potatoes, roasted forest mushrooms and mountain seasonings.
Svalyava forests and meadows.
In the Carpathians, grows about 200 species of fungi. Actually what we call a mushroom is the fruit of the forest organism. Some fruits are formed in one day, while others ripen several weeks. Mushrooms grow very quickly. A few hours can stretch up to 5-7 cm for most needs from 3 to 6 days to grow the most. The largest among the 60 species of edible mushrooms are Carpathian Borovik. Total weight of its fruit body can be up to 3 kg. In the Carpathians, a frequent mushrooms weighing over one kilo. Every mountaineer can usually tell a colorful story as once came across a giant.
Flowering plants and grasses in the Carpathians presents 1500 species, including nearly 300 species of medicinal plants, as well as many edible, herbal and woody plants.
An experienced guide will show the place of picking up the mushrooms, herbs and berries. He will tell you about the nuances of the picking up of the transcarpathian edible and medicinal mushrooms and grew.

Sixth day- Building.

Eggs baked in Verkhovynska is a transcarpathian dish that is prepared with eggs, smoked bacon and mushrooms.
Mizhhirja area — the village Maydan.
In Ukraine remain not so many artists who build log houses without using machines. If make everything with yourown hands, it is possible to achieve maximum accuracy in fitting processed shafts to each other — hence the high quality construction. You will have a chance to watch and listen to the masters, and later take part in the constructioning of a wooden frame.
For lunch you will have fried ribs in Debrecen in the honey-wine sauce baked in coal.
